I didn’t have a great experience and I felt more of a nuisance than a potential customer. The car I was interested in was sold during our email exchanges, which happens, but I had to chase up to see what was happening and just got a one liner saying it was gone, no additional help offered or any further engagement. I guess the reduced prices are a trade off for indifferent service.
