This is an update on my review 8/3/24 re the ordering process. I have now taken delivery of my VW Tiguan and the whole service provided by MSG was excellent thanks to Dave Flaherty and delivery coordinator Claire Scott. The only negative was the delivery was changed last minute from trailer delivery to driven - no fault of MSG and down to supplier. Thank you Dave and Claire.

Very simple process, used website to identify, then enquire. Emails back and forward between myself and the sales man. He was able to give me confidence of the processes to expect. Delighted by the estimated delivery time being Aug this year. Will update the review once the process is completed.
