There was missing items in the delivery and the response I got from the company is that “the warehouse is sure it was inside the box!”

I had an issue with an order and a toggle from one of my existing switches. Alex was able to resolve the problem to my satisfaction. Pleased with the resolution and still love my Buster + Punch switches. It’s a focal point of the house and we always get positive comments.

I love this brand its product and most importantly the company evos, I recently purchased some items from its Black Friday Sale unfortunately one of the items had a slight fault so I contacted a very lovely lady in Customer service who kindly worked out an immediate solution to the problem so that I now have the replacement for the faulty one A thankyou to Buster and Punch your product is super cool and very well made your head office service is second to none if only all retailers were like you ....

Item was packed well with box and was sent out very fast, all items did label as tested so had a ease of mind...as i brought these things in advance will only use it next year during renovation....hope there are more sales upcoming as i might think of some more stuff to get

Horrible shipping experience. Slow EU website (>1 min to display a page, or many server error messages), undue account disconnection. Many items out if stock. This brand deserves better.
