Ordered a light switch and a pendant light during Black Friday. The packaging was slightly damaged in transit I assume but other than perfect. The build quality and finish were amazing and great value for money when on promotion. Would’ve ordered so much more but everything sold out! My new favourite brand, I’m obsessed!

I did not receive the items ordered yet so a bit premature to be sending surveys out about customer satisfaction. I am optimistic I will be pleased with it, I like the style and am fine to be patient for the order. Maybe next time though better to wait before asking for a review?

Just had my second order delivered. I’ve got pendants either side of my bed and now got a six pendant for the lounge. The quality is superb, modern but classy and unlike what you see from every other lighting outlet

It was a nightmare to place an order because their website is a complete mess. It seems like it needs serious maintenance—it takes forever to navigate from one item to another. On top of that, the shipping company they use (FEDEX) is terrible as well. I've been waiting over a week for my order to arrive. I placed the order on November 28, it was dispatched on December 6, and now it's December 12, and I still haven't received it. Isn't this supposed to be a luxury brand? The service certainly doesn't live up to my expectations.

I ordered some stuff online and the one item I needed most did not get fulfilled. I ordered during the Black Friday event and the website kept screwing up . The item that was most important did not actualize in the order . It’s difficult to track since order get itemized as individual parts . I was under the impression that my big 4 piece switch Wich was the center piece of my purchase and first one I chose was in the order . I’m sad because I have spent thousands of dollar in buster and punch and didn’t get what I wanted and no help from customer support about any resolution for a loyal customer :(
