Alex was incredibly helpful and extremely responsive. She followed up promptly and made my time sensitive orders possible. She understood the urgency and her calmness and pleasant demeanor were very much welcome during a very fraught few hours. It was a perfect experience and I could not recommend Alex and Buster and Punch more highly.

After reporting a problem, the service was great. Quick reply and I was happy with the offered solution. Haven’t installed the door handles yet but they look great.

In November 2024 my wife and I made the decision to replace the first floor of our house with Buster and Punch outlets, the day arrived where I went to replace the outlets and all went fine until I noticed 3 of the switches broke off. I called Buster and Punch, spoke with their representative Natalie and she had everything squared away and sent over 3 new switches/taken care of the issue. A few days later I am going around patching a few holes that were visible when replacing the plates and unfortunately 2 more broke with barley touching it, very upset I called in and spoke with Kristy who assured me this is not a common occurrence and sent two more/the ones being sent would be double checked. All in all I would say be careful when ordering a big batch from this company but they are absolutely beautiful, bring the house together, the ones that didn't break feel solid and sturdy. Would love to give a 5 star for the product, but if I could I would give more than 5 for their customer service and how professional all of this was handled.
