United States | 10 December 2024I purchased the 2 switch outlet and the gold switch is metal but you have to screw it into a plastic piece that is very cheaply made. The switch was turned on 3 times and the plastic piece snapped so now is unusable. The switch and cover plate is beautiful so I am disappointed that I have to replace. Buster+ Punch kindly reached out immediately and sent us all the replacement pieces needed to repair the broken switch. Wonderful customer service, and great communication on why they use the parts they do.

The team has been incredibly helpful in addressing my concerns, and I've decided to keep the switch as it's a great product overall. I think the color might not be the bronze or antique bronze we had hoped for, especially for the Australian market.

As you can read below, I initially had issues with the company's delivery process. However, Melanie stepped in and resolved everything. She kept me updated every step of the way and ensured the problem was completely solved. Her attitude and dedication really stood out. Thank you, Melanie I made a purchase on Black Friday, trusting the delivery time of 4-5 days written on the website. Unfortunately, the experience has been nothing but frustrating: Order Confirmation Issues: After placing my order and paying via credit card, I didn’t receive an order confirmation. I contacted customer service, who claimed no payment was received. Only after I sent the payment reference number did they acknowledge it. Delivery Delays: Despite the promised 4-5 day delivery time, my order still hasn’t arrived. I contacted customer service multiple times, explaining that the items bought are for our holiday home and I am flying out this weekend. So far, I’ve received no helpful response—only false promises to “do their best.” Lack of Transparency: I suspect the company knew they couldn’t fulfill orders on time due to the Black Friday rush. Instead of being honest, they gave misleading information, which is unacceptable. This has been a deeply disappointing experience, especially as I trusted the company to deliver on time.

I have used Buster + Punch throughout a property renovation, the lighting and switches/sockets are up there with the best for quality and design. The packaging is another nice touch. It’s a pleasure to open every box. I recently purchased some gifts and candles and loved them all. We are moving to a new property next year and will be using Buster + Punch throughout the project. I have my eye on some furniture too!
