The quality is decent, but extra parts like hardware and trim pieces that you would think come with the pendant lights, didn’t. So I had to spend an additional $180 to the trim pieces. I also need to have a painter come as the mounts are only 4”, when installing these on 4” ceiling cans, you’ll see the drywall gap as they don’t fully cover the holes. I like the lights, but if I had to do over again, I may have selected something else that came as a full kit and fully covers a 4” hole.

Very fast delivery, the box that the goods came into was packed well with brown paper for safe transportation. The packing is awesome and the quality of every single product we got is superb.

Products are great. On the surface. Well built and sleek. Arguably timeless in design. Underneath the surface however, the products are of low quality. Out of 10 dimmers bought, 6 were sent broken. After replacement, 2 again broke a short while after. Some eventually fail to turn on at all, some can no longer brighten to the highest setting. Even disregarding the above issues, the buttons themselves also eventually wear out some short weeks after, no longer "clicking" to turn on/off, becoming a mushy experience. Replacing these modules the first time was easy with customer service. But they were not so tolerant the second time, regardless of warranty left. And I have more than a year. Brightness issues are difficult to capture on camera to provide as evidence, and I was told that the issue must lie in my lights used, and not a B+P defect. I use the same lights across my entire home and now 8 of the 10 dimmers work after repeated replacements. Through logical deduction, it cannot be the fault of the lights as incompatibility should affect all and not only some dimmers. But B+P refuses to acknowledge their flaws in logic. So buy at your own risk. If your module works, good for you. You have a beautiful switch that might last a little longer. Fingers crossed. Updated: Changed to 4 stars as Melanie from customer experience has gotten back to solve the replacement issue. Removing 1 star due to the high number of replacements required

For our building project we have used switches, lighting and door handles from Buster & Punch. Beautiful quality and finish. The electrician remarked how easy to fit and loved the coin covers to hide the screws. The carpenter said the door handles were "proper quality mechanisms". We just love the them and feel the added luxury to our building project.

UPDATE: So for everybody reading, after spending some time with B+P Customer Service, make sure you instruct your electricians to follow instructions precisely. When you screw in the switches, make sure you first screw them to the left so they are aligned and then normally clockwise. If not, the switch WILL eventually fail! Great customer service by the way and great support. One thing I'd wish, to emphasize the correct installation procedure so people don't make this mistake! The only reason it's 2 stars and not 1 is because they look good. I bought 6 light switches out of which one custom with 3 in 1. On but the custom one the switches broke between 1-4 months of use. The internals are made of very cheap and fragile plastic. I ended up replacing all but the custom one. Used customer support, got replacement switch for one when it initially broke then the replacement broke in 2 months. I just gave up on them after this happened and decided to go with another solid switches. It's too bad because they look amazing but I'm not using them for picture purposes and on daily use they don't last
