Good communication, great producr

Ordered on 12/3 - did not receive it until 12/30. Haven't put the puzzle together yet because it came after the holidays. The design is fun, but the delivery delay of nearly 4 weeks was disappointing.

I looked all over for WASGIJ puzzles, but they were sold out. I managed to find some here. Fast shipping and good prices.

Puzzle I received didn't match the order description. The box had no information about the castles on the puzzle. I would have spent less and ordered it from somewhere else if I had known that. Also the shipping was very slow. A label was made for shipping fairly soon after ordering but puzzle was shipped just in time that I would actually receive it before Christmas. Don't think I will order from all jigsaw puzzles again as the price was not worth what I received.

I was able to find WASGIJ puzzles at Alljigsaw puzzles which I could not find elsewhere.

The puzzles took a long time to get and when received, 2 of the boxes were thrashed. I realize that this is probably more of an issue with the USPS than with All Jigsaw Puzzles, as I was tracking it, and it arrived in the US in a timely fashion, but sat in a sorting room in either Tennessee or Kentucky for weeks and weeks.

Ordered on December 3 and still not arrived by December 31! I’m extremely disappointed!

I have not received my jigsaws purchased 1/12.I have contacted you so often but no rely then the last email Said it was arriving. Didn’t arrive, I will be asking for a refund!

The puzzle box and packaging arrived damaged. The packing bag was dripping wet and falling apart. The puzzle box was broken and damp. Luckily the puzzle pieces are in a plastic bag or else they too would have been damaged. Still waiting to hear from customer service.

Perhaps my mistake but puzzle box arrived with not one (thought I was getting) but two separately bagged puzzles. One to be the Wasjig "What does person see?" I wanted, and the other identical to the picture on the box. Well, two puzzles nice BUT neither bag was labeled. Impossible to know which is which. Contacted the company for a clue but never received a response. Finally, by doing one border from each I was able to identify.

I loved the puzzle as is perfect for this year 2020! Very nice made puzzle.

The shipping took longer than I thought but it was during the holidays. I did not like the box that it came n because it did not protect the puzzle box.On one sedge of the box it was broken/torn. It is a gift for my brother- he won't care but I thought that you would want to know.

Our family loves doing jigsaw puzzles, and the high quality wooden puzzles we have purchased from "Alljigsawpuzzles" are a joy and we will treasure them down through the generations. Their selection and customer service are excellent. I highly recommend them and they make wonderfull gifts.

I was told I would receive the package in 7-10 days. I reached out multiple times by email and phone between 10 and 21 days wondering what was going on. I did not receive a single reply and gave up, thinking I’d lost $30 to a scam and debating about canceling my credit card. It did arrive 24 days later which was likely attributable to the USPS and 2020. The puzzle was in good condition but in terms of customer service your team really blew it.

Still have not received order from Nov. 28 (today is Dec. 26).Very slow to ship.Now sitting in Pa. post. office for days.
