A great website for puzzle lovers. They have a broad assortment of high quality puzzles. They ship quickly and their website is easy to use. I only wish they would continue to carry Ravensburger Puzzles

Didn’t get what I ordered and getting in touch with them is challenging!

I didn't receive the puzzle that I ordered, but got a different one instead. I emailed the company about the problem and got no response.

Great puzzles! Fast shipping. My only concern is that once when I ordered several puzzles they came in a bag & one of the boxes was slightly smashed at the corner.

Purchased an item from the US branch for shipping to Canada. Received tracking # advising the item was shipped, no record of the tracking number with a shipping company whose name I do not recognise. I expect delays with COVID but as the package # does not exist I am unable to track and locate. I have submitted a support request through the website, followed up with an e-mail and left a voicemail as there is no answer when calling customer service. I have not had any response from them at all. Mistakes happen and packages can get lost but the lack of support reflects very poor after sales service.
