United States | 23 December 2020Lots of selections to choose from. Shipping was quick and was notified of shipments prior to delivery. Would recommend to other friends. I do notice many puzzle sites are limiting selections to 1000 pc. I like putting 2000 - 3000 piece puzzles and wish they offered more of these in colorful selections.

Canada | 23 December 2020My experience was not good whatsoever because I placed my order for two puzzles on November 23rd, it said it would take 7-10 business days to arrive and it still hasn’t a month later. In addition to this, after waiting for my puzzles for about 3 weeks, I called the customer service phone number and they told me they no longer have one of the puzzles I ordered in stock. Ridiculous because I placed that order 3 weeks prior. The customer service representative was kind enough to offer a refund for one of the puzzles but I told her I would just like to choose a different puzzle to replace the one that is out of stock. Unfortunately, the puzzles are still yet to show up.

Canada | 21 December 2020Love Wasgij puzzles! I ordered a couple in CAD dollars but my credit card was charged in US dollars which increased the cost. In addition, I received an invoice for Duty & Customs. When I order from Amazon, I've never had any extra charges even coming from the UK. The puzzles became very expensive so I would not recommend Alljigsaw Puzzles for international customers.

Finally receive what was suppose to be the order I placed 28 days ago and it was only half the order. Trying to get a refund for missing puzzle. Order did not move for over two weeks after I was told it was on the way. Attempts to contact costumer service was not productive. Originally told I would get refund but that never happened. Then I was told they would look into it and get back with me. Never heard back until I contacted them a week later. Was told it was still on its way. Now I only received half my order.

United States | 17 December 2020I ordered a puzzle on 11/18/2020 and as of 12/16/2020 have still not received it. 12/22 Update- I have emailed customer service twice as Alljigsawpuzzles suggested with no reply from them. Still no puzzle or any USPS update since 12/10.

Unable to reach company to get an update, have tried emails but they all bounce back....contact form but never hear back. Tracking number provided does not work.
