The cuts on the puzzle didn't fit correctly, which made the puzzle challenging to complete. I have done several puzzles, especially Amiee Stewart, and never experienced problems. It felt like a knockoff of the original product.

Beautiful jigsaw puzzle with lots of color and details. Picture was clear on good quality paper. The 1000 pieces were sturdy and easy to work with. This is a puzzle we will enjoy doing over and over again. I really appreciated the extra picture of the motive inside the box. Much easier when working in a group. Thank you very much.

slow shipping. The price of shipping is not the cheapest but it is the slowest I have ever experienced. I have never had anyone send by sea, with what you charge it should be express air. There is nowhere that says shipping is by sea and will take at least 6 weeks to arrive, Im not surprised you dont list that anywhere as Im sure I wouldnt be the only one that wouldnt order from you.

The puzzle was beautiful,the pieces were interesting and because we have been to Santorini we loved seeing it come together. One little problem, there was one piece missing.

Took FOREVER to get my puzzle. Also, I originally ordered 4 puzzles in order to save on the flat rate shipping. But after I ordered, the company cancelled 3 of the puzzles and charged me the entire shipping price for just the 1 puzzle. When I emailed to complain, I heard nothing in response. Terrible customer service.
