Well to start you did not give me the discount that was supposed to be given. Then the picture is very fuzzy on the puzzle and not very crisp Or bright colors either.

Love the puzzles...but living in Canada I had to pay an extra $23 COD so they work out a little to expensive.

Alljigsaw puzzles has some great puzzles that are not available anywhere in the US. Their shipping is fast and customer service is excellent!

Arrived quickly; the box was damaged but contents were not.

Paid for expedited shipping. My package still took over 3 weeks to arrive. Every time I would email to ask what was going on i would get an automated email response saying the same thing. It was so frustrating. When I finally received my package the box was super damaged. I bought a collector's puzzle so that goes out the window. I would NEVER purchase through again!!!

I've had trouble the last few times I've ordered, they ship usually the next day however I pay for tracked shipping but I can't track the package and have no idea where it is or when I'll receive it.
