Ordered my puzzle board and it was on backorder. They emailed me right away to let me know and asked if I wanted my money refunded or would I like to wait. I was in no hurry so I told them I would wait. A week later they emailed me and let me know what was going on with my order. Several days later it arrived and I love it. They communicated to me what was going on at all times. I appreciate that. Most companies leave you guessing.
