These Puzzles are the best!! Quick ship!! As expected!!

Puzzles are great and shipping was free, but instead of the 7-10 business delivery commitment it took 19 days and several message to the help line.

on the last three puzzles I received , there were a number of pieces still together from the cuttings. When I reported it they sent me the same exact puzzle and as before the pieces were still together in many cases. Also the first puzzles I ordered had an enclosed copy page of the puzzle that could be used to work the puzzle without havung to hold up the box cover which is quite inconvenient.

They are replacing a puzzle that was delaminating....I only had to tell them about it. Since we have almost completed this 1500 piece puzzle I am hoping they will send a different one even if lesser value. 5 stars if they do that!!!👍I would recommend this company.

We bought 2 jigsaws - one was a birthday gift and sent to Ottawa - it was sent very quickly and my sister loved it - the quality of all the puzzles on this site is top notch !!

I paid extra for shipping with tracking and was not able to track the package. The website for tracking showed it leaving the UK, and then nothing. I emailed customer service to let them know I could not track the package and that it was beyond the window for 10 day delivery. They were able to track it for me and the product did arrive. After expressing my dissatisfaction with the tracking fee, the customer service representative said they would refund the extra tracking fee. Still waiting for that.

Puzzle is great, however, I paid extra for shipping in 7-10 days and a tracker and got my package 15 days later with no tracker
