I initially was apprehensive due to not having a personal recommendation. The telephone call with Argend was comfortable and reassuring. The job done was small issue, when completed was very satisfactory and surprisingly suggested a couple of things. Going beyond a request was noted and shows great attitude.

All the reviews listed on Trustpilot are from supposed "clients" that have used Bidivine, the professionals that offer a service have a rather different opinion. Check on reviews.io - Bidvine. I did tried myself to get jobs from Bidivine, you have to pay in advance to submit a bid and most of the time there is a bug or no interest in your bid. So you have to pay again if you want to apply for the same job. A very strange and offputting system to say it kindly. Thie review will most likely be banned by the company, I hope you'll read it before it disappears.

I like Bidvine the most compared to other lead generators because I truly feel that they are trying to make the services work for professionals, customers and the company. For example, with Bidvine you can select the option where you are only charged when someone contacts and they will refund your bid if the customer has failed to review the bids. Other lead generators charge for every lead regardless, and some lead generators even post the leads themselves to boost the sales (Bark.com); I had software which the location of where emails were opened, and some of my bids were opened ant Bark HQ in the US. So far, I think that Bidvine is the most genuine lead generator provider I came across.

Cancelled my account with one of their reps 6 months ago, suddenly during Covid lockdown a customer 'enquired' and WITHOUT a reply from me 'hired' my company (which was closed due to the virus safety rules) and cost me £15 in fees.... Phoned them twice, couldn't get through so contacted another 'rep' who had me hanging on chat for over 45 mins....waiting....until eventually I had to end the chat (she managed to respond straight away when I ended the enquiry but had me holding on for ages, wasting my time). She assured me she would respond via e-mail and didn't bother! Shocking! I have contacted them again today to no avail, no one available to take my call. Very frustrating - zero customer service, in my opinion they take your money with bogus enquiries and fail to cancel your account when requested, even though I was assured it had been done 6 months ago. AVOID!!!!!!
