I was so pleased to discover a website that enabled me to find somebody to construct an IKEA unit. Matt arrived punctually and spent the next 2 1/2 hours cooped up in a small bathroom constructing two IKEA long, narrow storage units. Matt took all the packaging with him - another bonus! Brilliant website and service. I found a tradesman to install my washing machine within 15 minutes. Tradesman arrived on the dot on the Saturday afternoon after I used the website for the first time on the Friday evening. Little bit more expensive than expected but worth it to get it done at the weekend. Tradesman was very efficient and courteous. I would use both the website and tradesman again

Bidvine worked really well. I had a simple bit fiddly diy job and so put that on the site and had a fast reply. The price was agreed upfront which I liked - no surprises later! Overall I would use Bidvine in the future.

I have been using Bidvine for 6 months. My honest rating is 3 stars, as their lead quality has decreased massively over the past 2-3 months. I've always used BidMatch, and in my first 2-3 months of use, I used to close 40-50% of the leads that responded. I've changed nothing about my process, and now I've been charged for 8 responses over the past week, most of them 'browsers' . My ROI has dropped from 5 (for every £10 spent, I got £50) to 2, which is unacceptable for a freelancer (And for anyone for that matter). The only reason I gave it 4 stars is their customer support has always been exemplary, and that goes a long way! I understand they might be getting more aggressive with customer acquisition so they can grow (since the bid volume isn't at all high to be honest) but there must be a balance somewhere.

Great experience whenever I have used bidvine, very convenient and have never so far had a situation where this has let me down. The guys and the services have been great at their work and never let me down. Things get sorted out on the same day via text messages. The interface is very user friendly.
