Cycle Exchange were such a joy to give money to, in exchange for a truly beautiful bike which is perfect for me and rides like a dream. The attention to detail and customer service were superb. Not to forget being able to enjoy coffee and cake throughout. Almost best though was the opportunity casually to loll around the cafe space, rocking my sparkling new bike, while a succession of Lycra-clad male-dominated chaingangs stopped by to refuel on coffee and cake. They noticed the bike!

This is my second bike from these guys, and I thought they were good the first time round and equally as good this time. The bike is every bit as good as the description and photos. The service is outstanding, Hazel, the lady who I dealt with was particularly good and offered genuine sound advice, putting my needs before the potential of a sale. David, who delivered the bike was a really nice guy, helpful and fit my pedals for me without any hesitation. It's very rare to find a company who's product and service live up to what they promise, but cycle exchange do this, and do it outstandingly well.
