What made this experience more than great is the fact whatever i needed whether it`s was a bike or a frame or anything else and staff on the shop floor right up management where more than helpful and friendly . Flawless.

The bike was in excellent condition when it arrived and well packed. I had a small issue with the chain but this was sorted straight away and they sent out a new one.

Absolutely faultless service. Purchased a Canyon Aeroad which developed a noise which we couldn't seem to rectify straight away, but nothing was too much trouble and they weren't going to be happy until it was sorted and I'm pleased to say they fixed it and am loving my bike. The whole experience from start to finish was 5 star I couldn't recommend them enough.🚴💥

Excellent value for money. I brought a set of wheels. The description on the site was spot on. I asked for some help, and the response was almost immediate. The wheels came really well packaged - every care was taken. And the savings over a new set were really worth it. The only issues were my own (I have since leaned a lot about hubs!). But that has nothing to do with Cycle Exchange! The most important thing - My bike rides like a dream.

I've been club cycling for more than 40 years, a daily cycle commuter to central London. I was getting sick of all the bike shops telling me that I had to buy a new bike for every small issue. I'd end up having to use my own time to fix my bike rather than a bike shop. Then I found Cycle Exchange. No excuses here. They fix stuff. They help. My last request was simply getting them to clean my bike chain so I could wax it at home. Done at a cheap price with a smile. They're my first choice for cycle repairs now.

Matt, Josh and the team are first class, great knowledge and communication...Handlebars were in excellent condition, almost like new and much cheaper than brand new.
