Buying a pre-loved bike on line couldn’t be easier with cycle exchange. The bike was delivered very quickly, and in excellent condition. I’m extremely happy with the service and will definitely be using them again!

Throughout the entire process I was kept updated and all my questions were answered in full. When the bike arrived (exactly on time) it was delivered with care and even minor set up tweaks were carried out. I now have a wonderful bike which I will not need to change for many years. But as/when I do I'll be coming to Cycle Exchange.

Exchange process for valuation was clear and worked well. Offer was fair and prompt. Arrangements for drop off and collection were very efficient. The delivery/inspection was completed by David a very experienced and knowledgeable cyclist. He gave me a very useful briefing on the new bike. Overall, experience was excellent. This is my second positive experience with cycle exchange. My son was also impressed and has purchased from CE himself.

Being an online customer, I didn't get the pleasure of the café, the workshop or a face to face service, but that doesn't make you feel any less of a valued customer. From start to finish, the team were helpful, patient, accommodating and proactive to any query or challenge I had (and I had a few!), thank you for such a smooth process from purchase to delivery, can't fault it. As for the bike; I know it says 'pre-used' but this looked as new as the day it was built, with only the slightest sign of having been ridden maybe once or twice!! You will not get better value for money. Anywhere.

I stumbled upon Cycle Exchange purely by chance when looking to buy a gravel bike. I wanted to stretch my money further so their range of newly new stock was really appealing and it was clear to me that they take great care to prepare the bikes for resale so you know what you're looking to buy. I had exacting specifications are size, drivetrain and price that I was looking to achieve and found a bike on their coming soon section, I reached out to enquire and the team were great at keeping me informed of the bikes journey to be ready for purchase. Buying process was very straight forward (though I'm yet to process the Cycle2Work through [though great that this is possible also]) and shipping was fast. A few spacers went missing in transit and the team proceeded to get some posted out to me, sadly they were the wrong ones and not compatible with the proprietary frame so I organised some myself and Cycle Exchange even refunded me the cost of those. So, reason for 4 stars is really because of the parts being missing in the first place when I was itching to get out on my new bike but big credit to the team for addressing as best they could thereafter.

Ordered the Trek E-bike using the cyclesheme and purchasing went ok, made the point that I needed delivery by a certain day, over a week after ordering, let down twice due to a new delivery service, had to chase and chase...bike arrived 3 days later than expected...sent a link to one courier only to find it was another courier doing the delivery - nearly cancelled the order, very frustrating.

Planet X carbon pro road bike. Received the bike of my dreams. Great price. Great service. Great quality. Cycle exchange even double checked with me that everything was good with the bike that was delivered. I am a very happy athlete who will now go on to compete in Ironman events.
