Went to drop in clinic on Saturday at around 12:30 only to be told they are fully booked or taken enough jobs for that day!!!! What is point of telling people you have drop in clinic open till 3pm and not stick to that? Total waste of my time

I wanted to sell my Giant Advanced Defy Pro 3. After seeing their name quoted in GCN as a reputable buyer of used bikes, I sent in photos via their site and I received a good offer. Although it was less than I would have listed it privately, this was a premium I was willing to pay not to have to deal with scammers and time wasters. Once I accepted the quote, the rest of the process was smooth and easy thanks to Audrey in Support. I did have some deductions from the quote based on parts that needed replacing but, if I were a buyer, I'd want a new chain, pads, BB bearings and bar tape. These were all deducted at cost though so I'm happy with that too. As stated on the site, payment was next working day. I'm really happy with their service but happier that this bike will find a new home.

I had a problem with a battery on an e-bike that I had bought from Cycle Exchange over a year ago. Within a matter of hours of taking it in they had run a diagnostic, contacted the battery manufacturer in Germany and resolved the issue. Great service from the workshop and the front desk.

Bought a very nearly new e-bike at a very fair price. Team very helpful and knowledgeable about explaining the benefits and limitations of cycle to work schemes. Bit of creaking and rattle after first couple of rides as you would get with any new bike settling. They were very happy to fix and tune, no quibbles no charge. Now running like a dream.

Initially I only received part of the order, in the end they did send me out another order because there was a delay or the product got lost with the delivery company. The team from cycle exchange sent me regular updates and were very helpful.

Really happy with my purchase. The staff were great from start to finish, extremely knowledgeable and professional. I travelled a long way to try out a bike before purchasing it and the team made sure it was well suited to me prior to me planning a journey over. I was blown away by the premises, it is pure bliss for any bike enthusiast. Fab setup with the café area, outdoor seating, workshop and customer service desk. We ate breakfast there which was delicious and superb coffee too! Wish I lived closer to the store!!! Shout out to Hazel & Josh for all their help!

The bike I purchased was sent by post to me which I always find nerve-wracking, however it was boxed up well and the driver was also careful. The bike was missing a sensor for the rear wheel but one was sent to me in good time. I've only been able to ride the bike once so far but I'm very pleased with it. Before I made the purchase I'd been having conversations via email chat. I had lots of questions at different times and never did they get fed up with me, very patient. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

I'm absolutely delighted with my bike. It was in amazing condition, had been fully serviced and wheeled up to my front door. I was expecting to have a certain amount of putting it together but all that was needed was putting pedals on. Fantastic!

Very happy with the quality of the tailored ride wrap product! The team were very quick with getting my frame measured and wrapped. I was very impressed with the craftsmanship in applying the wraps, there were no air bubbles present and all sections were perfectly aligned/placed. Definitely worth the added cost of having it fitted by the shop. Would Highly recommend.

I found Cycle Exchange by chance when searching for a cheaper alternative to a SRAM AXS groupset for my Watt Wagon. Ended up with an absolute steal of a Rival 22 groupset. Dubious at first (too good to be true!), everything arrived quickly and was damn near new. Quick response to my questions via social media too.

The customer experience was great overall, I had a prompt reply from the team and the after-sale service was also swift and simple. Also, I'm really happy with the new bike!
