I took ages to decide and had a hundred questions to ask. The guys were awesome and soo friendly and helpful. Even changed out a few things on the bike which I asked for with no fuss at all. Took bike back for a few adjustment and they were more than happy to work on it quickly and efficiently. Awesome service and would recommend it in a heart beat!

I saw a bike on the coming soon page. Enquired via email, James sent fantastic pictures... I then brought. Obviously I would have liked to see and try the bike first, but this wasn’t possible. The bike came less than two weeks later; as they full service all bikes that come in. This was a big purchase for me and it’s exceeded my expectations, the bike was in a wonderful condition. My first experience with Cycle Exchange has been absolutely 5 star. The team have been incredibly helpful with excellent communication throughout the process. My purchase was via Halfords cyclescheme voucher and suffered delays due to an issue between my company and Halfords - the Cycle Exchange team were incredibly patient and supportive whilst awaiting the issue to be solved. My bike was delivered 2 days ago and I am over the moon with it. Carefully packaged and in fantastic condition. There was a component missing that was included in my deal, but a simple email exchange saw this delivered to me within 24hours. I cannot fault the care, service and professionalism of the team and would reccomend to all.
