Found my dream bike at a great price and went for it! The staff at Cycle Exchange were fantastic. Quick to respond to messages, helped exchange parts and guided me through the cycle-to-work scheme. I recently bought a gravel bike and had a good customer service while looking at it and test riding it. I was able to pick the bike up locally which was great and the staff there were also helpful. I also had some follow up questions which were answered quickly.
