Cycle Exchange have been great. I recently bought a new bike and the support was second to none. In addition they helped me organise a local bike fit and the workshop were great in sorting out an issue with my Di2 cable. Would definitely recommend Cycle Exchange based on recent experiences

The experience with the Cycle Exchange was faultless. I picked my bike (really easy) and then had specific question on the cycle to work scheme. I dropped them an email and the responses were always really quick and always helpful. The bike arrived in within the week (cycle to work admin etc) and was in great condition. First ride was awesome.

I recently brought an electric Brompton from Cycle to exchange using Cycle to work scheme. From start to finish the team have been amazing with giving thorough advice and updates. I was also offered free shipping which was a huge bonus. The bike RRP was £2900 and I got it for £1895 with the Cycle to work voucher it will cost me £1295 approx so in my opinion was a bargain. Having received the delivery to my bike I was positively amazed to find it almost brand with only one visible mark as advertised. It was ridden for less than 80 miles on the battery and first registered in 2023. I really can’t find any fault with their service, product or terms and conditions and I’m very hard to please (my wife says). I had various questions throughout the process and Hazel and the team kept me up-to date at each step of the process. I have already recommended them to everyone at my work place and would highly recommend anyone who is looking for great deals. Keep checking their website as their stock is updated daily so who knows your dream bike may be just a click away.

Bought pedals with my bike but wasn’t clear I wouldn’t get cleats too. When mentioned upon delivery I was told some cleats would be sent to me. When I chased this a number of days later no cleats were in the post and I had to source my own. This meant a very frustrating week of new bike I couldn’t ride which could have been sorted so easily

Helpful staff - found the bike I wanted

Mahle Range Extender was good value for money, considering the zero recharge cycle claim. On present performance the range could be up to 80 miles, on hilly terrain, riding a Bianche Impulso e - road bike.

Great product & customer service

A great experience buying from Cycle Exchange, answered all my questions straight away and even found me a new carbon wheelset with tyres which they fitted to my new bike. On delivery the driver texted me the night before with his expected arrival time and went did proper hand over explaining about the DI2, where the batteries were located and the about the warranty that come with the bike. They also offered a good part exchange for my bike. Highly recommend the team at Cycle Exchange.
