The two CSR people that assisted me via chat were incredibly patient and kind. The first young man, Manfred was great! He was doing a great job assisting me, until that is I accidentally lost him to the great chat abyss. When I realized what happened, I got right back on the chat app and the young lady, Alexis that helped me-was also really a perfect CSR. She held my hand and walked me through the insanity I created. I've made mention of their patience, because after years of thesis' articles, writing essays, using every app you could think of. Somehow tonight I lost my mind and had the computer/app literacy of a 3 yr old. I've worked in a call center for just a second, so I have a pretty good idea of what it's like for them. I don't know why this happened, but oh well... It probably has something to do with this never ending job hunt 24/7. I was embarrassed and just loopy. They deserve the credit for these 5 stars, they didn't have to be so kind.

How can I fault this site service. Perhaps that it auto corrects my spoken English to American English....only kidding. The assistance was fantastic. I had applied for 92 jobs with my own very well written Resume & Cover Letter but no success.
