I signed up for a one time charge for $2.8 but I have been charged $24.85 for 3 months until today. I asked them first for a refund but they said to give me an "excellent" offer that pays me $4 per month. I disagreed and asked my bank to negotiate with them to see whether they can offer me a refund. They agreed to reverse a one-month fee and promised to refund the fee in 7 days. I am very upset.
