Spain | 13 July 2024As others said. After the 14-day trial, they charge you 23.85€ every four weeks, when their monthly subscription is 3€, this doesn't make sense. No notification was sent during any of the 4-week payments when I gave my email before subscribing. Also, when you go to your profile on their page, and look for your subscription, the conditions of that subscription are not shown. (You can see a link to the payment history, the last payment date, and the next payment date, but not the next payment amount, for example).

Your kid pays $2.85 for the initial cover letter and doesn't notice the "subscription service" that costs $23.85. They then proceed to charge you monthly without ever telling you, no emails, no receipts, no nothing. The only way to catch this is to notice it in your credit card bills. REALLY BAD BUSINESS

Okay , small price to pay after she put the work in to input her information. 9 months later (June 2024) we just discovered that the company was fraudulently charging our credit card $23.85 / month for a service we never signed up for. They refuse to refund our payment. This company is a FRAUDULENT SCAM. Users beware.
