United Arab Emirates | 25 March 2024Don't use it.. this an unacceptable trial to steal your money, they told that you have a trial for 2 weeks for $2.85, I paid it and I didn't give my consent for the renewal, then it became a renewal and they stole me twice with a monthly subscription of $23.85. I tried to remove my account but impossible to have access to it, I wrote to their customer service but no answer until now. This is a nightmare.. DON'T USE IT, THIS A SCAM.. THIEF..

I had no problem with the product itself.********I was charged $34.85 even though it was canceled when I called an agent 2 days after I did the trial. He assured me it was cancelled. Now March 8, I got automatically charged $34.85. I contacted them but she said they can refund me the $2.85 from last month. What a joke. I used the service last month, why would I want that refunded? I want my refund for this month.
