DELIVERY could not have been quicker. Within twenty four hours I had the items I ordered . Having been a customer of Wineon line for years now, I knew that the quality would be first class with the odd good surprise thrown in. Again I was not disappointed.

Location of the warehouse needs to be sign posted fro collections. Tricky to find with google maps.

Hi when some of my last order was delivered by your courier, some of the bottles were broken and yet the courier just left them with us.When we went to open the package its was soaking wet, with broken glass and wine dripping from it.Some of the other boxes of wine,were falling apart from the cardboard been soaked. He literally just dumped the wine and went. The courier was delivering from hes own car, not the best overall. We did contact you by phone the following day and your response was immediate,very good, that the wine would be replaced, which we still await. We might suggest that you would review this whole process,as at present it is a negative view that we are left with. Regards Donal
