Excellent service and great wines

We were delighted with the very efficient manner in which our order was processed and delivered. They kept us informed as to the delivery and the selection was wines was good. This was our first order and we would hope to repeat the experience.

Arrived within 2 days and the quality of the different wines (I got a case of mixed reds) have so far been excellent!

a nice varied selection of wine, saves time when i have family staying

Should have received a properly packaged delivery of 12 bottles of wine(Irish Times offer).About 1.30/1.45 today Thurs 20th Sept, some body/driver left box in my porch.I was in house but nobody rang doorbell.There were only 9 bottles of wine in the box with " Himilayan Salt lamp" printed on the box.Bottles were just put loosely in the box.Very unsatisfactory delivery by Delivery company Fastway.Have spoken to one of your employees and I hope you will address the matter immediately and also make contact with the courier firm to give them a severe " wrap on the knuckles" at the very least. I expect the 3 remaining bottles will be delivered to me without delay.

So easy to place an order and recommended wines always have always satisfied. Delivery is fast and effortless.

Delivery driver apologised for delay and said that the house number (67) was not on his delivery document?

I am totally disgusted with your service, I ordered and paid for my wine and it was originally sent to the wrong address, when I made contact with your company and explained I needed the wine for a dinner party, no reply ! The dinner party has come and gone and still no wine, leaving me to rush out and buy wine I was not happy with. I still have not received my wine, no one has bothered contacting me to let me know if I am actually going to receive my order, and yet the money came out of my account 4 days ago. In your promo blurb you mentioned about supporting Irish companies, I am 120 % behind promoting Irish companies, but not when the service is as poor as yours has been.

Will was very friendly although the layout of the retail park made the pick up a little difficult!

Went online for wine because I was frustrated by licensing laws which didn't allow me pick up a bottle on my way to work for entertaining important visitors in the evening. Worse than that, my local shop couldn't be relied to open punctually even then. Wine online priced well, excellent vintages and reliable delivry

So far I havent received the wine, the delivery company hasn't replied to my request about the package, and WIneonline hasn't come back to me yet, and neither have they provided a tracking number about the delivery
