Great selection of wine, really hands on service and very fast delivery, all for a very competitive price. What's not to like?

Got wine case as an Irish Times Rewarding Times offer. I did not read the offer properly to understand that one of the bottles was a half bottle. With the Port included there was more red than white. Good value and very prompt delivery after the voucher was redeemed.

I've been buying from wineonline for well over 20 years now. I have always found them to be entirely reliable and very helpful. It's a real pleasure to deal with them.

We ordered 2 Luxury Directors' Hampers. The product is fine-a good range of festive items; However the boxes of biscuits have twisted/bent edges -a consequence of a tightly packed hamper I guess. I would suggest this should be switched to a tin box in future hampers. 1 star lost for this. A further 2 as the items were delivered to the wrong address. A basic error that should have been avoided and caused me hassle yesterday..ie in retrieving items and apologising to receiver.

Wine choice very good - not sure I would order the Moldovan SB again, but always pleased with the Portuguese. Only quibble this time was that I was tolddelivery was for BH weekend and, while I was not too worried, that it would most probably be on Friday rather than Saturday a.m. Having waited in all day Friday and Saturday morning, I rang on Tuesday after the BH. received an 'oh right, noted' reply as though I was at fault and not a hint of an apology. I think regular, (if not major) or indeed 'any' customers deserve better, when they politely report non-delivery at expected time. I live close by but as my husband was away, hefting cases was not on. A pity as always good service before. Heather
