The Fastway Courier service could offer a better service. I received an email at 7.57am informing me that my parcel was on route and had been accepted by the Ardee depot which is 14 miles approx from us. I stayed in all morning waiting and eventually I had to go out at 1.45pm returning at 4.30pm. The parcel was delivered at 7.25pm. It would have been better if I had been given a time window rather than a vague message which could mean anytime of the day.

Will is very helpful and accommodating. The service and delivery is always efficient and high quality.
