Quality wines quality service!

I gave my permission for my order to be left in shed if no one home. However having tracked my order I decided to STAY at home to recieve it. Imagine my surprise when I was checking again to be told it had been delivered. Checked my shed just in case I had,nt heard them and of course there was NO wine there. I wasted hours more of my very valuable time phoning both Wine0nLine and Fastways. My question for both companies is , if your staff can not cope with volume of calls why not employ more telephonists.? I live on an off road elevated site as does my neighbour , there are no stree lights and we are abt 3 acres away from each other. He found the case of wine on his car bonnet in his garage the following day and brought it to me. Too late for my dinner party where there we several potential new customers for WineOnLine. Thought postal codes took care of this type of error.
