The personal contact with the staff was excellent and the delivery fast and efficient. I was a bit disappointed with the overall selection, and after finally settling on 6 bottles for my mixed case, got a mail the next day to inform me that 3 of the 6 bottles weren’t available! That‘s 50%! Also, their non-availability (temporary or otherwise) should ideally be communicated BEFORE the order is made. But the upside of all this was that the staff immediately suggested similarly priced alternatives. Very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Quick to respond to questions. Bottom line: impressive service allround. Will order with wineonline again. Definitely.

Good experience overall. I found the website a ilttle less easy to navigate for some reason compared to prior years and selection not as good as I might have hoped for specific combinations (e.g. 6 bottle case of all Chablis or chardonnay at reasonable price point).

Great selection, helpful staff and swift delivery. Prices seem to be competitive with other retailers (for the wine I purchased anyway). The wine itself, Kapuka, is delicious but very hard to find anywhere so I'm delighted it's in stock here. Overall, very happy with my experience!

Terribly bad service. My mum ordered a Christmas present for her sister only to have it delivered over a week early and the response from Will at wine online was absolutely shocking. I’ve never experienced such rude service, I’m very surprised they’re still in business! AVOID!
