Only reason I tapped 4 instead of 5 is because I haven’t received the product yet! Customer service excellent; smooth, easy and friendly. Spoke to Will and he was so enthusiastic and informative about the wines I could have chatted for longer had I not been in a hurry. Nice that he seemed so keen to impart info and not hurried, so the vibe was really personal and warm. I had a follow up message from the office as I had neglected to leave a gift message so they checked to ensure I sent the message I wanted. So far based on customer service and knowledgeable chat I’ve already recommended to others.

Wine arrived on time and is good value

Wine Online has been fantastic and has been nothing but helpful to me, following up on a glitch I created in my own order and making sure with multiple personal e mails from Alexandra McDonald (a gem-promote her !!!) that my order arrived at its destination. You can't do better in customer service as well as a wonderful stock of wines at Wine Online.

Hi, delivery was fast. The wine is Ok maybe a bit young ( 2016 ) I decanted it to allow breating before degustation.

Speedy service

A bit disappointing that a number of wines advertised on the site were not available after i had placed my order. I had that experience in the past as well. Good attempts by wineonline to offer alternatives, but when you spend a bit of time picking out 6 wines and 3 then aren’t available, thats annoying.

The hampers are nice but I was unimpressed with delivery. One item in my order was inclusive of delivery but I added an additional item to later discover that I would need to pay a delivery charge for that extra purchase. I opted to collect instead and the premises is hard to find. I felt that WineOnline should have delivered the two items as they were under the same order number. As a consequence I won't do business with them again.
