So, I order wines from you on a Wednesday: I am told that "delivery will definitely be by the following Monday". Naturally, I take your word that it will be so? I ring late Monday to enquire as to their whereabouts, only to be told that one was out-of-stock. Since I remained at home specifically to take delivery of these wines, plus 'Hamper' (rather than annoy the neighbours, AND then heft the lot into my house. Very, very bad optics!). Chinese Ploverb: 'Keep one's customer in loop, lest he become unhappy bunny'.

I ordered the Gin Baubles late one night and inadvertently clicked warehouse pickup. When my baubles didn't arrive I contacted wineonline via webchat and they sorted this out for me and had my baubles with me within 48 hours. They come in a lovely box and are very cute.
