I bought the wine online and was disappointed not to have an email from you to let me know there would be a delay in getting the order, A week seems like a long time for a delivery.

I made a point of phoning before I purchased to see if there was flexibility for delivery as I live alone and did not have a car. I could only receive the wine after 6pm when I was home - delivery to work was not an option as I cycle. The person I was speaking to said that they would deliver it themselves or that their brother could deliver it at some stage' before Christmas as they lived around the corner. This was agreeable to me. The next contact I got was from someone else in the office telling me they were sorry for the late delivery and that it would be delivered asap. I replied to the email stating that I had agreed before I purchased that the courier service would not work for me as the courier did not deliver after 6pm and looked for confirmation that this was understood. I did not receive a response to this and the next communication was from the courier service with a tracking number. As it so happens I was out sick on the Monday and Tuesday of this week and the courier arrived at 11am on Monday morning. I asked the courier what would have happened had I not been there, I was told that it would have been returned to the depot where they would have tried to deliver it again and if no answer a second time, it would have been left in the depot for collection. The only reason I have received my order was pure luck! This is a very poor customer experience and not the one I was promised.. The quality of the wine is nothing Winesonloine can control unless it was damaged or maybe corked. The one thing the Winesonline can control is customer service and delivery and they failed in this regard.

As an Irish customer I expected there to be some issues with delivery etc. but no, when I rang to redeem a voucher and purchase some wine the lady at the other end of the phone looked after me well. I was dubious but the wine arrived within a day or two and was excellent. Will definitely use this service again!

I had no issues with the webite and using my voucher code to order my wine.....but when I tried to track the delivery with the company they used to deliver it I had a few issues. I rang the customer service for the delivery company as per email.....I eventually got an answer. After some confusion, she told me I was onto the wrong office and went to transfer me where upon I was cut off. So I had to go through the process a second time which again took ages for someone to answer. She gave me the number to call. I called the number (twice) and the customer service for the north west office appeared to be on holidays abroad. So I had to ring the Dublin office a third time!!!! I was not impressed.........So I would suggest that they use a different delivery comoany or one that does have customer service!

Great Product and really nice team but Delivery was far too slow, took over a week and I missed the occasion that I was buying the wine for. I followed up and the team explained that stocks were low causing the delay. I understand things like this happen, would have been better for this to be communicated to customer before having to call and mail trying to locate the order. All good but delivery and no communication on delay kind of let it down unfortunately.
