I found this company to be very customer friendly. Both times I contacted them to ask advice I felt the feedback I received was very honest and useful. I am not ever going to be able to order the most expensive wines but I felt they gave very good advice within my price range with no condescension or lack of attention. I would recommend them to my friends.

I have tasted two of the twelve bottles supplied - most disappointing. Very poor quality. I may not bother to open the other bottles. Paul Ludden.

it is very welcome that a wine seller should give such an amount of background information on the products for sale. This has the effect of creating confidence in the transaction, but also leads to greater enjoyment of the purchased items. Also the online experience is efficient and the value is always good.
