Mark's energy is amazing. I really value that. I went in feeling excited and determined. I still am and I'm about a month in. I have constant support and resources. Ashley Outlaw was my Education Consultant throughout my application process. She was more than helpful, Ashley was amazing at answering all my questions, guiding me in the right direction and setting me up for success. Shout out to Nikki MacFarlane for helping me with some issues I was having with scheduling my CCMA exam. She was a huge help and went out of her way to make sure I was able to take the test as soon as possible. I am in the Surgical Tech Program which I absolutely love! On this particular day, my questions had to do with my certification fees and my payment history. I contacted Anita Stone who is when I say efficient I mean it! She answers questions and assists above and beyond! If she is unable to, she knows how to direct you. I’m giving 5 stars and I have not started the class just enrolled today. Angela Banks, was the one that got me started off with paperwork. Nice inspiring conversation with her. Javanna Swinson is my Student Success Advisor. She was great help with walking me through the setup on my laptop. The welcome walk-through became more encouraging for me. I look forward to attending and accomplishing this one of 3 goals to success. I thank both of these two ladies and look forward to talk again as I go through this journey.

I had the opportunity to speak with Nathaniel Williams signing up for the ekg technician program and he was absolutely amazing!! He answered all of my questions and went through every detail of the program and tuition options. He made the conversation seem genuine and like I was talking to an actual person instead of someone who just sounds like they’re talking from a transcript. Highly recommend medcerts!!
