I completed my clinicals and submitted my information on 11/22/22 but they voided my national exam and told me that I will have to retake the test and pay for it myself even though it was their mistake! Tempted to take legal action.

The online program was excellent. I learned more through this program than I did attending in person school. The staff at MedCets are amazing and very helpful.

My education consultant was Eddie Swikowski. He was extremely helpful! Very quick response when needed. Definitely made my experience very easy going and it's very much appreciated!

Starting this process I was completely unsure!! With the help of Fernando, the process was a breeze. Not only did I receive help with the process its self, I also received a lot of encouragement. Fernando gave me step by step directions, and was available when needed. Can’t say enough great things!

Medcerts is an office filled with a bunch of crooks. There was only ONE person that was helpful and that was my career coach Siena. My advisor Martina is useless, every conversation with her she sounds like she is in a bad mood, and always ends a call with an attitude, there was only one call were I was irritated and again Martina was useless in that call as well and hung up in my face. She needs to find a new job. I have even gone as far as calling the Board Of Nursing, and The Board of Phlebotomy and the best advice I got was, "You might as well go back to school, but go to a local school" NO ONE KNOWS MEDCERTS EXISTS! They all asked me if this school is a real school and if it is accredited. The person that signed me up with Medcerts was Austin, and I asked him if they have their own clinical sites that they will set me up with, AND HE SAID YES, but I bet they won’t dig up that recorded phone call and listen to it. I feel so bad for all the new students getting into Medcerts, I looked at all the 5-star reviews and they are all from students that barely started their program, they are going to have a rude awakening when they realize that finding a clinical site is literally impossible. and I live in a HUGE city with so many medical offices and hospitals. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH MEDCERTS! THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY! THEY DO NOT CARE IF YOU GET A JOB, NOR DO THEY CARE WHAT HAPPENS TO YOU AFTER 30 DAYS OF YOU BEING ENROLLED IN THE PROGRAM! However, Siena is extremely nice, she deserves a raise or promotion.

I spoke with Nat and the conversation was very helpful and organized. I was able to get enrolled right away. All questions were answered very directly and specifically.
