Unethical company causing folks to just let their expensive devices go, they wanted it they got it. Try to sue and I will join a class action, the Judge already threw out hundreds of claims. I also provided them with a free diagnostic which they chose to refute. Then charge customers undisclosed storage fees and diagnoses fees. What tops it off? They refuse to dispose of the items to keep claiming additional fees then sue the customers for refusing to pay.

I need them to repair a vintage toy with corroded battery terminals and a rusted battery compartment. Should be an easy fix for someone with the right tools. Now I find out I'm at risk if being sued for storage fees if the repair doesn't work and they refuse just throw the item out because it may contain "hazardous materials?" Is this a joke? Like is the company trying to troll me? This makes no sense at all.

United States | 18 January 2025DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I wish I would have read these reviews before. I purchased a piece of equipment that came broken. They took months to respond to questions regarding the warranty. When they finally responded I shipped the machine, with tracking and signature required. Now two months after they signed and received my machine I have not heard back from them. They do not answer emails or phone calls. After reading all of the real reviews, not the fake ones, I am realizing that I may never get a response back. Meanwhile, they had enough time to flag this review as defamatory requiring me to change some of the language used. I wish they would have used that time to email me back and confirm they have received my equipment and that they are working on it as mentioned in their warranty. SO BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!

United States | 28 December 2024No communication after a filing a claim. We sent in our Sonicator to be serviced. The conversations and communication was STELLAR - all the logs on their website looked GREAT. We sent the $880 to get the thing fixed, and had about monthly communication - need a new part, don't worry, we're not chargin gyou more, etc etc etc....from March until November 2024, when they said it was finally fixed. They sent it back, we were thrilled! We turned it on, and the same problem existed. It shorted out and does not function. No problem, they have a warranty. So I filed a claim, and now they are radio silent. NOTHING. I've filed a report with the Attorney General of Colorado. Do not trust them. I don't understand why they have such good communication, but won't follow up on their warranty. Just be honest.

United States | 16 December 2024Pricing on quote was very high. Cost would have been within 20% of new replacement. Price was based on visual inspection only per their description. Inflexible on response time to approve/reject quote. Began charging expensive storage fees and eventually sued for recovery of storage fees. Bought and installed new warranteed item from other source. While there were delays on my part that led to some of the actions all in all very poor experience. Would not reccommend use of their services.

United States | 13 December 2024I wish there was a way to give zero stars! This company is a ripoff! For starters, they do not accept credit card payments in 2024! You will never be able to speak with someone even if you have tried to pay using their 1970's avenues for payments. It is absolutely absurd and unethical to charge the fees and threaten the use of legal action with customers who are trying to do the right thing. Do not recommend! You end up better off researching another company or purchasing a new product all together.

United States | 12 December 2024Getting payment submitted has been difficult and frustrating. The inability to take payment via credit card makes it more difficult to submit payment. I also did not receive an invoice until after the holding period had passed and I was accumulating storage fees. The storage fees continue even after contacting the company and submitting a written check. The company now cannot find the check payment that was submitted.
