United States | 20 August 2024Do not send your Drone to them. This company is just out to rip you off. I sent them my drone, it needed a frimware flash to calibrate the gimble. They wanted 4 hours labor and $342.00 in parts. For a DJI mini2 se. I asked them for a breakdown on the parts, they refused. They told me my $535.00 invoice was not negotiable. I had to pay $89.00 plus shipping to get my unrepaired drone back.

United States | 17 August 2024Overall, I had a positive experience. Six out of the seven that we sent in had the necessary repairs done. Although I don't often use the internet, their "Service Detail" was simple to understand and intuitive.

United States | 08 August 2024They Destroyed my sensor not fixed it. took them 2 months to finish a repair that was so badly done. they did not replace the cord on the sensor they fixed it with electric tape and it was coming off. I sent it back again and they sent it right back to me. Run away from this company.

United States | 26 July 2024I wish I had taken the time to review them. Their phone number does not go anywhere. I contacted through email. Declined repair due to cost, but there was no Credit card option to pay the bench fee, only wanted a money transfer or hard check. I was told through email that there was not CC option. Still not able to get through my companies red tape to get a check, meanwhile the 'storage fees' are building up. I was contacted by a person to remind me of our past due fees and when I told them we were trying to get a check because they don't take CC's, I was told that they do take CC's and now suddenly there is a CC option. I have screen shots of the original options. I paid the bill but have not received a confirmation email and it's not showing paid when I return to the pay now section. I'm afraid to pay again because it looks like it's not paid, but I don't trust that I won't be double charged. Meanwhile, they can still charge more storage fees. Please, do not use this company. I'm going to get into a lot of trouble for going outside of our normal buyers to give this company a chance. Don't make the same mistake.

The final total of my invoice did not add up correctly, added $50 somewhere with no line item. They do not offer support, basically say look at the website, you're on your own. TERRIBLE COMPANY

They told us by email that we would be reimbursed ASAP. Three months later we still haven't been reimbursed, and they don't answer emails or chats. PEOPLE NEED TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

United States | 28 June 2024This company is deceitful, they give a low ball quote until they have what you want to have repaired and then jack the price up ($115 -$180). They had my device for two weeks before they acknowledged that they even had it! I paid the jacked up price of $321 to get the inverter repaired, after weeks and weeks they were unable to repair the inverter and sent it back. Liam B said I would get a refund but have not received any money back or I have not heard from Liam B. This company is not on the up and up. I wish I had looked at the reviews. Don't use this company!!

United States | 23 June 2024I’m only giving one star because I can’t give them Lower than that. The absolute worst customer experience I’ve had in my Life. They require payment up front which is fine but you can never reach them to find out when your equipment will be sent back. When we finally received ours back it didn’t work. I spent 3 weeks trying to get a live person on the phone to let me know what adjustments were needed to get it working after shipping. Do not trust them with you equipment or your money. I would Never recommend them to anyone.

United States | 21 June 2024The price quoted to repair a stethoscope exceeded the cost of a new replacement. The diagnostic fee is also hefty. Then they use inflated storage prices. In my opinion not a reputable vendor and would advise to steer clear.

United States | 20 June 2024Purchased a Dental Medical Instrument Sterilizing Unit from Acme Revival online. Paid $1,429.21 by credit card. Acme said they used Stripe® to charge my credit card and because Stripe suspended operations with them they couldn't fulfill my order, so it was cancelled and never refunded my money. Acme Revival Suggested to file dispute with my bank to get the refund. When I checked the charge on the Stripe® website, it showed my money went to "Little Brown Cow, LLC"??? not Acme Revivel. So angry!!!!

United States | 19 June 2024Not capable of camera lens repair. They cannot repair the scratch which they promised in email with picture diagnostic. No detailed report. Only unrepairable notice. The lens blow cleanning was helpful for the extra star, though they did not clean up front glass.

United States | 19 June 2024I'm fairly sure this company is better versed for B to B, however they were able to successfully repair (and reverse engineer) a proprietary I/O circuit board I suspected was failing. Took about a week longer than they said. But I got a full schematic afterwards and the service advisor "LIAM" was helpful throughout.
