United States | 12 December 2024While hospitalized with blood clots in both lungs, storage fees began and went into the thousands. No one cared that I was hospitalized and was unable to follow up immediately. The company refused to work with me and initiated legal action and debt collection. So sorry I was in the hospital! All that needed to happen was for the company to be more understanding and work with me. But money seems to be the priority and not compassion.

United States | 12 December 2024The quote was for almost $700.00 but the parts were under $50.00 and now they want to charge me over $1,000.00 for storage fees

United States | 12 December 2024This company is terrible. Send my church camera Canon Xa10 for assessment. Repair price was more than the value of the camera. Ask for the camera to be returned, no invoice was provided to pay the service they went quiet, I thought we got tricked. Then when they send an invoice, the bill was over $800 they say for storage fees. I reach out to explain that we would like to pay the fees as was outline for the assessment and have the camera sent back but they refuse to accept. Now they are suing me for almost $4000 storage fees. Run from these people.

United States | 10 December 2024If you could give zero stars, I would. this company tries to get you to send their broken electronic in then they charge you an astronomical price and if you choose not to repair , they charge you $25 a day to store your items that you chose not to repair

United States | 07 November 2024On 3/18/2024, we sent our Infinite 200M Pro machine to Acme for repair. We received a diagnosis and a detailed estimate for the repair. We made the payment on 5/6/2024. Despite numerous follow-ups from that date to 10/8/2024, requests for updates or an estimated time of repair were only met with very vague comments providing no details on the progress of the repair or expected completion date. After becoming frustrated with the lack of information, we made multiple requests for a refund starting on 8/15/2024, all of which were denied. On 10/7/2024, Acme informed us that “We’ve completed service or repair of your device.” However, upon inspection, we found that the machine was still broken in the same way as when we initially shipped it. Acme has denied another refund request and has not provided any documentation or explanation as to why the repair was not completed.

United States | 29 October 2024I had a terrible experience with ACME Revival. I sent my FLIR-176 for repairs and accepted their initial quote of $500. After three long months, they informed me that they couldn’t fix it and would return the device. However, now they want to charge me $475 just for returning it—after failing to repair it! This feels like blatant abuse and theft. Their communication was poor throughout the process, and it’s clear they lack any understanding of what genuine service means. I can’t recommend ACME Revival; their unethical practices and dishonesty make them a company to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the trouble and look for a more reputable repair service!

Germany | 28 October 2024Unfortunately, I must confirm the recessions described here. I sent in my Identifinder gamma spectroscopy device after being told by Acme that a repair would be possible. I sent the device in and the repair began. At some point I received an email saying that the repair had been successfully completed. The money ($2400) was withdrawn from GoCardless. When I tried the device, I found that the same error was still present. I then complained several times by email to the address specified in the terms and conditions. There were never any answers again. I wouldn't have been upset about honest feedback that a repair wasn't possible. The money is gone and the device is defective. This is absolute fraud.

United States | 22 October 2024Avoid this company at all costs! ACME Revival is a predatory business that thrives on hidden fees and aggressive tactics. They lure customers in with promises of repairs, only to gouge them with exorbitant storage fees that can easily exceed the value of the device. I sent them a projector worth less than $300, and they quoted me a ridiculous $1,000 for repairs. When I refused, they hit me with a daily storage fee that quickly skyrocketed to more than six times the value of the device. Their customer service is terrible, and they're clearly more interested in maximizing profits through fees than providing quality service. Don't be fooled by their deceptive tactics. ACME Revival is a scam, and you're better off finding a reputable repair company.

United States | 20 October 2024Managing a fleet of commercial refrigeration units, we occasionally face technical issues that need immediate attention. Recently, one of our units in the warehouse stopped cooling properly just before a heatwave hit. Acme Revival responded the same day and sent out a knowledgeable technician, Lisa, who identified a faulty compressor. She ordered the part quickly and had everything up and running within 24 hours. Their responsiveness and skill have made them our go-to for all our industrial repair needs.

United States | 17 October 2024They indicated they could repair a Piccolo Xpress Analyzer. After about $2400 in fees, they sent back the device with the same errors. They asked for the device back to run further diagnostics. They held the device for another 3 months with minimal updates and have now ghosted me after I demanded a refund. Stay away from this company like the plague and learn from my expensive mistake. Never again.

United States | 17 October 2024Our veterinary clinic uses specialized diagnostic equipment, and when one of our ultrasound machines started glitching, we were worried about patient care. Acme Revival handled the situation with utmost professionalism. They not only repaired the machine quickly but also provided a temporary solution so we could continue operating without major interruptions. Their expertise in handling sensitive medical electronics is unmatched. Highly recommend their services

United States | 17 October 2024As a restaurant owner, our POS system is critical during peak hours. When our main terminal froze during a Friday night rush, Acme Revival was a lifesaver. Their technician, Raj, arrived within the hour and diagnosed a software conflict. He fixed it on the spot and even optimized the system for better performance. We haven't had any issues since.

United States | 16 October 2024Our office relies on several high-end networking switches, and when one started overheating, our IT team was stumped. Acme Revival came highly recommended by a partner company, and they did not disappoint. Sarah from their team was not only professional but also took the time to explain what went wrong and how to avoid it in the future. The repair was done within two days, minimizing our downtime.

United States | 16 October 2024We run a small packaging plant, and last month our label printer completely stopped working right before a big shipment. I called Acme Revival on a Saturday morning, not expecting much, but they surprised me. Technician Mike arrived within a few hours and stayed late to get it fixed. He even walked me through some maintenance tips to prevent future issues. We managed to meet our shipment deadline thanks to their dedication. Truly grateful for their reliable service!

United States | 15 October 2024They charge unethical storage fees. When the fees go unpaid, they will sue you. Do not do business with this company.

United States | 15 October 2024Fees on Fees 1) Cost of repair for my circuit board was only a 5% difference than a brand new board. 2) After attempting to call multiple times and leaving messages never heard back until I was informed I was being charged storage fees of $25/day and had accumulated over $500 in fees (looked back and was not given any notification that fees had begun accumulating). Even when going back into the agreements it is not listed what the storage fees are but only that they will be charged. When asked for more information or why I wasn't told that fees were adding up I was told my amount would not be adjusted and to simply pay it. Was also told that they do not check messaged and only respond through email (after I had been waiting for a reply to my messages). Garbage customer service, and felt like a scam cash grab. Go elsewhere

United States | 10 October 2024We sent a Spectrophotometer in to repair a "motor error". They responded quickly saying they could repair the unit for $1000. Wanting the equipment back as soon as possible we overnighted a check for the repair. Then at the end of that day, after the check had been sent, they said they could not fix the unit and a lesser diagnostic fee was due. I requested twice for the $1000 check to be returned so the lesser amount could be sent. Crickets. I'm betting I will not hear anything again.

United States | 08 October 2024We sent a lab power supply for repair, and received a repair quote that was more than twice the value of the equipment. Requests for more details on the nature of the problem and proposed repairs were answered with nonsense obviously generated by AI. While deciding how to proceed, Acme began applying "storage fees" of $25 per day, which they happily point out we agreed to in some fine print somewhere. Their normally-responsive email update system went silent until the accrued storage fees vastly exceeded the value of the equipment. Their business model appears to be to collect "diagnostic" fees and storage fees, and/or end up owning your device once the fees exceed its value.

United States | 04 October 2024I have a refurbished oxygen concentrator that needed repair and maintenance. The company I used to use stop doing these items so I started looking for someone to take their place. I asked them to use a prior invoice from the last repairs I had done to give me an estimate of how they compared, they refused to do so. So I took a chance and sent it to them which cost almost $100. Their quote was over $1200, I could replace it for $400 and new they are about half that. They are charging me $89 for the estimate, no wonder they wouldn't give me an idea before I shipped it. I told them to keep it, but they said they would charge me storage. If you have a choice, go to someone else. Oh and you can't call them.
