Luckily I was able to chat with an acme revival rep. and they helped me locate the right model, and I bought right away! It shipped last Friday and already I received it. Works great with my new machine!

United States | 06 November 2021I purchased a NIDEK 700A Autorefractor from them recently. I heard mixed reviews about Acme- but so far I haven't had a single issue with it. Hoping I don't need to use the one year warranty included. So far, would give 5 stars.

United States | 27 October 2021I was looking to get my current osmometer repaired, which they were not able to do. I ended up chatting with Luisa who helped me upgrade my osmometer to a better model instead. I am now thinking about upgrading more of my equipment with Acme's refurb'ed units.

Canada | 13 October 2021If I could give negative stars I would. Paid for a $3000 sterilizer on Sept 22. Got confirmation email that it was in the queue to be shipped out and I would get it between September 28 and October7. Heard nothing from them despite 8 emails. Now it’s October 12 and just got email that my order is cancelled. Now it’s put my clinic behind three weeks and there is no sterilizer coming. Thanks a lot Acme. I wouldn’t trust them with a litter box.

United States | 03 June 2021In expanding to a secondary location we decided to go entirely online and purchase used to ease budgets. Before I go into some of the things I didn't like about acme, everything arrived on-time and in very good to great condition. From the other vendors we used, they are much more streamlined and reliable. That being said, there are a few things that would have made our experience better. Firstly, when buying multiple quantities on the website, it would send the price up-- and if we needed to purchase additional units in the following week, we would have to typically pay the increased price. Second, I would have preferred to have been able to talk with a person on the phone quicker than a 10 minute hold time. YES- they're chat is helpful and quick, however it's just not my style. Finally, keep in mind that there is no install option or training service. Once arrived, it was all up to us to get it running- which was fine, but different from what we were used to with others.

Placed an order, it delivered 15+ days after the estimated delivery date to be the wrong product (and was also missing key components for functionality… i.e. CORDS). Spoke with a technician after days of back and fourth chats, as that seems to be the only way to communicate with them. The tech provided specific instruction on how to return the device and how he would ensure the correct machine was sent to us. The return shipment was delayed as they failed to clear it through customs and then next thing you know, we get a refund and they refuse to send the proper item, so after 45+ days we had to order a device elsewhere. Best part, their lawyer threatens us that if we post any negative comments they will sue us. Guess their lawyer is unaware in our country we have this thing called the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, that allow us to exercise free speech as long as the information is accurate… well this is an accurate review. So I would strongly advise “BUYER BEWARE”. Can you imagine if we needed warranty service or something… Very untrustworthy company, and still dont even know who a manager or owner is as they refuse to communicate with you. Good luck to anyone who purchases from this company. (Now I’m sure ill get sued by them for this statement… bring it on) Reply to Acme- don’t you worry we won’t deal with a company like yours again!

United States | 25 April 2021I needed a very specific part for a pump that I couldn't find anywhere else. Contacting Acme they told me that wasn't something they did, however when my account manager (from a year ago) that handled a previous purchase of a different device went in the back and found it they overnighted it to me--for FREE!! Would have had to throw it away otherwise.

Parts were scattered in container and not as shown in assembly/user instructions No stamp or certification of the battery even as used. Not installed or rechargable (as advertised) so how do I know how long it will last? No maintenance booklet. Not a single piece of paper or certification in it.

Canada | 06 January 2021ACME never keep promise onto sending out items on time. We have told we need to meet deadline when ship. No one contact us regarding it and we have requested serval times for our item to be ship in a different method, and our request is being ignored. Will not buy from ACME ever again. Bad experience!
