Excellent product , easy to order and delivered before specified date

I ordered a Hatton 3 floor lamp by phone and was given an estimated two to three weeks for delivery. The lamp arrived in half that time, carefully packed and on a pallet. I’ve bought lots of lamps from Original BTC and they always provide a great service, as well as beautifully made products.

Great order placement process. Delivery time +2-3 weeks a little long. But worth the wait. The lamps are super.

I needed a light fixture that we had purchased in the past, but was no longer in the running line. They were able to locate it and made the whole process very easy.

Brilliant as always. Our light and floor lamp are very old and have stood the test of time, we bought them in their first year of trading. We needed a repair, caused by removal damage to the base. it was organised efficiently for dates that worked for us. The floor lamp was returned in excellent condition and carefully packed. I was expecting a better finish of the cast steel for the price. Also the technical information is lacking in terms of light levels.
