It's a great product. However, the website was a disaster. I was unable to complete an online purchase due to bugginess in the website software. Very frustrating and wasted a lot of time trying to make it work! When I finally got someone on the phone to complete the order, he was very helpful and friendly.

It was indeed a pleasure to have someone who responded to my enquiry so diligently and professionally. As a domestic customer, I have no doubt, was afforded the same level of attention and service as that of your many notable commercial clients. Sarah has great product knowledge and was able to sort out the articles I needed to refurbish a floor lamp that I have had for a while now. The service was done promptly, goods dispatched and though one part, which, with the age of my lamp did not correspond.... She immediately arranged via you technical Dept., for dispatch of a suitable exchange. The lamp now stands in all its glory in our Sitting Room. When researching a company to help with my issue I found BCT via Google (surprise) and was pleasantly surprised that you were a family company here in the UK... which these days seems rare indeed. Light delivered sooner than originally forecast. It looks great on my bathroom wall and joins other lamps I’ve bought at BTC.
