Fantastic and unique products, great to see they are made in the UK. Lovely friendly people to deal with. I had to ask many questions about bulb wattage and every time the response was informative and helpful. Unfortunately had to return one item, not because there was anything wrong with it, it was just too small. I am going to get a larger one from their range. They have at all times treated me with grace and charm. What more could you ask for? Great products great people.

We bought 3 mast lights for an external brick wall. This was made clear at the time of purchase. When they were delivered the electrician advised that they would be extremely difficult to fit. He would need to rout out a hole big enough to contain the junction box which would need to be made watertight, but small enough not to be visible behind the very small footprint of the light fitting. In reality for this external situation BTC want you to buy the additional box fitting for another £140 each. I asked for installation instructions for a masonry wall but they were unwilling to provide. The fitting is suitable for external use as is waterproof but is extremely difficult to fit - I would avoid. They only provide installation instruction for an internal location not a solid masonry wall.

Nous avons été très bien reçus rue Bonaparte. Le choix est vraiment important. La commande est arrivée très rapidement. Cependant, un des abat-jour en porcelaine était abîmé au bord et le petit autocollant " Original BTC" était soigneusement posé sur l'éclat pour cacher le défaut. Sur l'autre abat-jour similaire, l'autocollant était positionné plus haut . De là à conclure que le premier autocollant était positionné ainsi intentionnellement ... C'est très décevant.
