We purchased the Fin Horizontal Pendants for our kitchen remodel, after seeing in the New York showroom whist traveling for business. The lamp is beautiful and very well constructed. We always get a wow out of visitors when they see them. We ordered on line and they were shipped and delivered just as stated. They were very well packed and arrived in perfect condition. The only problem with the design is that the canopies don't stay flush with the ceiling. A recommendation would be some sort of redesign of the canopies to force a flush fit with the ceiling. It is hardly noticeable and we would not choose any other lamp for our new kitchen. They are perfect in every other way.

I'm an interior designer and have recently used a number of Original BTC light fittings on a recent project I completed at the end of last year. I highly recommend their Pillar LED wall lights in two bathroom which looked absolutely fabulous either side of the vanity basin mirrors & to complement them I used the matching Pillar pendants which looked equally sensational. In the kitchen I used three of their Task pendants lights in Olive green above the island and the kitchen table. In one of the bedrooms I used a pair of their Jet Stream through the bedhead reading lights which are extremely elegant and terribly practical. All the fittings are beautifully made and delivery time was excellent. Both my clients and myself were over the moon with the fittings. Highly recommend.

Beautifully packed and protected products in perfect condition arriving very promptly. So refreshing as many home delivery orders from well known internet sales providers have the bare minimum of packaging and are thus at the mercy of the rigours received in the hands of delivery companies. Friendly, knowledgeable staff on the phone helped me order exactly the right accessories fo my outside galvanised lamp (7677/060) which I’m very pleased with. Gives an excellent 270 degree light using corner bracket. Really well galvanised too, so should take the weather well.

I have used several Original BTC fittings in various projects over the last few years, not only are the fittings great quality and timeless styles but their customer service is also excellent. One of the big benefits of them having control of their manufacturing is that they know exactly what is happening with your order when.

The first time I've seen Original BTC lights I was randomly roaming in Paris. I took a photo of the store with Hatton 1, 2, and 3 Pendants in the window then and tried to order them as soon as I got back to the Netherlands. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to order via the website so I contact customer service and got in contact with Lauren Wilson. She was great and helped me with everything so that I get my lights. The packaging was very well thought and secure so pendants arrived in perfect shape. I'm so happy with them! Thank you Original BTC!

Love the Original BC website, very user friendly. Clear photographs and descriptions and all the questions that I had about dimensions, dimmable, lamp supplied etc were anticipated and addressed under More Information. The order process was straightforward and estimated delivery date was realistic. I only used customer service to check that my order was still on track but people at the end of the phone could easily answer my question and were jolly.

I purchased three Drop pendant lights from Original BTC a few years ago. Their website is excellent, informative and so easy to use with a great ‘Insight’ gallery to browse through for ideas & inspiration... They are a really helpful company to deal with - the Sales Team assisted me so well in my bespoke request. I also love the fact that they are British made and are such stylish & innovative designs. The line of Drop pendants look absolutely stunning in my very contemporary kitchen - the perfect design statement. I first heard about this company when I watched George Clarkes Old House, New Home. After doing a bit of research I quickly found a beautiful light that was well designed and expertly made. I purchased the Hatton Triple Pendant and am delighted with my choice. Its clever design incorporates a ceiling rose and the height adjustable pendants look so elegant in my hall. The bone China has a glaze that is really complemeted by the angles of this light. I also found the company a delight to deal with. They were very helpful and quick to respond.

We bought 3 fin lights and a Fin grouping of 5 lights for our hallway and landings. The sales service was exemplary (we had some technical questions) which Rachel got the answers to.
