I ordered a couple of lights with no knowledge of the delivery date. Once notified of the date I asked if it could be delivered later as I would be (and still am) out of the country. The answer was no but it could be delivered to an alternative address. Not best pleased but gave my neighbours house number. It was still addressed to my house. Not good enough really. So as things stand I have yet to see the lamps.

nous avons commande fin fevrier des produits de chez vous . nous les recevons seulement maintenant apres avoir ete nous memes les chercher dans v/show room rue bonaparte car pas de livreur disponible ! la marchandise a ete affreusement retardee sans nous donner de raisons ... nous sommes tres mecontents de ce partenariat. vous vendez des produits de haut de gamme mais le service est loin de l etre . c est tres tres decevant !! d autant que nous avons une cliente mecontente a satisfaire !! comment comptez vous nous dedommager de ce grand retard et de cette livraison que nous avons du prendre à notre charge ! quelle deception pour nous de voir ce genre d attitude chez un fabricant de produits haut de gamme !!!

Good description of light on website and fast dispatch. Item was well packaged to avoid damage in transit. Looks great and is made of strong materials which should withstand the elements in Cumbria. More expensive than similar products but this light is built to last.
