Was fine with the site until i was ready to check out and the entire shopping cart deleted itself. Changing the quantity of an item after it is added to the cart is also slow and cumbersome. You have to wait for the site to "think" and then refresh with every increase in qty.

I placed my order over two weeks ago and did not receive updates or communication about my order. After my initial review I received a phone call from Josh on the issue and it was quickly resolved. He shipped out the item overnight and at no charge. I will be ordering all electronic parts from C2G in the future. Good company with great customer service.

If the user moves the mouse to another tab (in the browser), an over-sensitive, bothersome message appears "Please don't leave! Tell us why you are leaving!" This message appeared twenty times during my shopping experience, every time i moved the mouse in the window. One appearance of this message would have been sufficient.

Went to a large retail store website first. They had no good search filters, ignored most of my search terms. Pages of irrelevant results to search through. Came here 2nd. Entered description, top hit was exactly what I wanted. Will come here first next time.

I needed to add a Purchase Order number to be able to help with delivery on our end, but there is no way to add it. When I called the number for assistance, I was told that if I was the end user, they couldn't help me.
