Easy to use so far, no issues and quick return

My laundry was picked up on time and then delivered back to me on the day and time booked. Very pleased with service.

Amazing value for money if convenience is massively important. It is not particularly cheap - especially when you have got some time at hand. DIY and using my local laundry service are cheaper alternatives. Therefore, it is a service I will use in special circumstances as opposed to using it every week.

Have used this a lot in the past but did a quick google search and found competitor was cheaper without using and searching for a promo code for Laundrapp. Both services are identical but for me finding a cheaper service and not having to wait for a promo code was much easier.

Quick and easy service.

I generally find your service to be great and very convenient though the introduction of the minimum spend isn’t great. However, recently I’ve had pick ups postponed and cancelled without notice or explanation and this is quite unacceptable given the price we pay for this service. When these issues have happened, customer service has been unavailable to help and has not responded to messages.

I’m using for over 6 months. Dry clean my shirts for work with delivery to work. Works like a Swiss watch no problem no issues. (Central London)

Laundrettes are usually closed when I am not working so being able to get laundry picked up and drop off is amazing and all that at a reasonable price.

Great services

I use Laundrapp on a regular basis as I live in a small flat and I have nowhere to hang and dry my king size bedding. My bedding is always picked up and delivered on time. Excellent service!

Good timing, good app and good customer service. Only downside sometimes delivers can come a bit outside of the said times

Very poor and messy service, they charge much more than they advertise on their price list and take payment from your card without providing previous notice. I had many issues to deal with for 3 times and I had to call the bank, block my card and report the challenge. I spent in total more than 4 hours for emails, phone calls, complains, stress, dealing with multiple incompetent assistants who didn’t have a clue of my order! I had send them pictures of my suits to show them they have charged me the wrong amount. Moreover and most important, clothes are not cleaned at all! I will discourage anybody to refer to this company. I won’t refer to them anymore in my life!!! Stay away from them!
